Steria Europe is preparing a Q12 survey and follow up in September for all 8.000 employees in 10 countries. HKG will assist Gallup in implementing Q12 in Scandinavia. Responsible for the project at Steria Europe is Geir Haugstveit, Steria's Norwegian HR Director based in Paris. HR Director Solfrid Skilbrigt is responsible for Scandinavia. Q12 is Gallup's process for organizations that seek to improve their financial performance through a more engaged workforce.
